Once registered; a refund request form must be completed and submitted in person or by email within 1 week of the first day of the session. Verbal notification and/or not attendance will not constitute discontinuation. A refund for remaining class fees less the non-refundable Annual Memberships (GNL and Campia) and $25 admin fee will be paid. If discontinuation occurs due to injury or medical condition a refund request form must be submitted along with a physician’s note and a refund will be issued for remaining class fees less the non-refundable Annual Memberships (GNL and Campia). A refund request form is available at the Front Desk during regular office hours or can be emailed to you upon request.
Campia Gymnastics Club Inc. reserves the right to dismiss any member whose behaviour affects his/her ability to participate or is detrimental to other athletes, staff or volunteers. No refunds, partial or full, will be made for athletes who have their membership revoked.
